Ingredients

Fish Sauce – Anchovy extract (65%), water, salt, sugar.

Japanese teriyaki – Water, naturally brewed soy sauce, (soya bean, rice, salt), brown sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, wine, corn starch, yeast extract, garlic, onion, spices.

Kecap Manis Sweet Soy – water, sugar, naturally brewed soy sauce, salt, caramel, vinegar, wine, spices.

Hoisin – Water, soy beans, corn starch (1422), sugar, vinegar, garlic, salt, flavour enhancer (621).

Oyster – Water, oyster extract (36%), sugar, salt, thickener (modified corn starch), soy bean extract,wheat extract, flavour enhancer (621)

Despite containing wheat extract, this product is definitely gluten free. It's been tested. We've checked.
