It was amazing to visit the store a couple of weeks ago and find out that deliveries out of town are possible and also to see the huge range of products that are available for people with Coeliac Disease. My daughter was recently biopsied and confirmed and we are awaiting biopsy for my 2nd daughter. I also have positive blood screening so our household will be going gluten free. We are so grateful to find the Gluten Free Grocer and all the wonderful options available. Donna T

But when i went to the gluten free grocer in Mt Eden I purchased a range of flours, gluten free wraps, sauces and butters. Now i have a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas! It is such a blessing to have a local store which specialises in gluten free products — and stocks an amazing array of everything you need in one place. They even deliver if you can’t make it into the store! ?There’s plenty of parking nearby if the parks right outside are full, and always a friendly greeting as you enter the store. Frozen necessities — such as gluten free pastry and pizza bases, buns and so on – are always kept stocked up, and there’s yummy fresh baking to take away as well. The original owners who established the store  were bold visionaries, and the new owner is doing justice to their dream. Many thanks to all who keep the venture alive (and well stocked)! ?Raewyn W

Our daughter is coeliac. We just love the yummy range of home made gluten free slices and biscuits the Gluten Free Grocer makes. The prices are reasonable and they have such a great range of products. It is the perfect place to stop and grab a few bits and pieces to take on a picnic too! Jacqueline B
